Stan- Raspberry Apple beer, Brewbakers, you in?

Stan- 10/4, 1900 hours.
Translation- Sounds good, meet you there at 7.
The LR4U crew enjoys visiting establishments with character and Brewbakers definitely makes our list. This place is reminiscent of the restaurants that line Bourbon Street or downtown SLO. From the street you can occasionally find a street musician playing out front or hear the sounds of live music coming from within.
Walking in you have to stop and admire the brewing equipment on display and the unreinforced masonry construction. Don’t fear the place has been retrofitted for your safety.
Brewbakers is limited on space but offers a very chill environment whether you’re sitting at the bar, in a booth upstairs, or out on their patio. With ten craft beers on tap you’re sure to find one to your liking. We would recommend the Blonde, Sequoia Red or the Honey Wheat. For Stan it’s the Raspberry Apple beer.
When it comes to their food Brewbakers does a really good job. Their food comes out fairly quick, is always good with great presentation. On this visit we had the bruschetta with balsamic dressing, the Ultimate Burger and the Fish & Chips. We would also recommend their Diablo or BBQ Chicken personal pizzas.
The LR4U crew gives Brewbakers a thumbs up. If you looking for good food complimented with a good craft beer then this is the place. The staff is always friendly and very attentive to their customers. The only downside we could find was the occasional secondhand smoke coming from the patio area upstairs.
Let’s take a look at the scorecard-
